The FMP Steering Committee Meetings are the main forum for FMP engineers to present their results and analysis to the FMP Members, and for Members to give feedback and to make suggestions for future work.

FMP currently holds three Steering Committee Meetings each year. A meeting is held in or near Cranfield in the UK every Spring and Autumn, and a Spring meeting is held in Philadelphia, USA .
